Things learnt over the past weekend:

1) If you see a spider on the roof of the car as you are getting in, said spider WILL blow into the car as soon as the window is opened no matter how long you wait to open that window.

2) I cannot co-exist peacefully within the confines of a car containing a spider.

3) No matter how much the car payment may be, I will willingly cede full possession of vehicle to aforementioned spider with due haste–no arguments given.

4) Forcefully throwing an automatic transmission into PARK will NOT stop the car immediately…..the brakes STILL need to be applied.

5) Teen boys are very handy when it comes to hunting down and killing offensive spiders..no matter where they might be hiding in the car.
